A Griffin’s Talon can rend a man asunder in a single swoop. The Talon of The Golden Griffins can rend an army asunder in a single charge. So was the saying. Talon Company was the first into the fray, the first to sink their claws into the enemy. Though a single mission led astray by an overeager Captain and all fell to ruin. The Griffin’s finest were suddenly left with but one soldier: Sergeant Silus who despite all odds survived the ambush sprung on his company. Two hundred men reduced to one.
